We went to Peters' Drive-in tonight (slideshow). It was a bit chilly for this time of year, but we ate outside on the picnic tables anyway. The kids threw french fries (pardonez mois... "freedom fries") at the seagulls, as many generations have done before. Pete still makes a mean burger and milkshake.

Love the straw action with Erin, Cathy, and Catie - 3 generations with special skills. Can't get over the fact that you are wearing jackets. How chilly was it?
It was 10 degrees Celsius (that's 50F for you Yankees).
Ok, so I'll allow the jackets. You are troopers, though, drinking milkshakes in such frigid weather!
