Scott,
I'm looking at Flickr and I'm thinking to myself that I should give it a try. You have sung its praises like crazy -- but are there any shortcomings?
No shortcomings to speak of -- I think you'll find it pretty slick.
The free version allows 20MB monthly uploads, the paid version allows 2GB. You can go through 20MB pretty quick if you're really into photos, so I recommend getting the paid (Pro) version for 24USD.
Sign up, try the free version and see if you like it. Be sure to download the Flickr Uploadr (a free tool for uploading photos to your account), it makes all the difference.
