AB.NET User Group

I went with Karl and Rich to the AB.NET user group meeting today. It was a lunch-time presentation sponsored by a company called Quadrus. The speaker was a fellow named Joel Semeniuk, he spoke about Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO). He had a really cool demo where he used a webservice to populate an Excel spreadsheet that created a graph.

The format of the meeting was nice and short -- they did a very good job of keeping it to one hour. At the end of the presentation they gave away some prizes, Karl didn't put his name on his entry form, and they drew his form (or at least they drew a form with no name -- which we're pretty sure was Karl's). Too bad.
